How to set up the multipoint session
All participants using the multipoint service need to call the number provided by Qconferencing. The IP videoconferencing unit calls the IP number followed by an extension. The ISDN videoconferencing unit calls an ISDN number. All participants will meet each other in the same "virtual" meeting room. The layout of your room is set to "continuous presence". All locations are visible all the time during the call. In case you wish another layout, please contact our helpdesk at the numbers given below. The bridge used for this service supports data sharing (H.239).
Testing
We advise to test your equipment before the meeting by calling your conference number. With a successful connection you will see your own image. Every participant can test individually. Please limit your test call to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes we will assume you have a meeting and we will charge accordingly.
Invoice
This multipoint service costs 50 Euro per hour per participant (ex VAT). We will charge based on actual use per minute. In case your meeting is cancelled please inform Qconferencing at support@qconferencing.nl to cancel your booking. We will send the invoice after the booking date.
